Please provide your full name as per IC, IC number and phone number, to allow us to get your latest CCRIS report printed.

Step 2
Report Analysis

After receiving your latest report, we will evaluate your present "credibility to the bank"

Step 3
Fact Finding

After analysing the report, our specialists will reach out to you by phone and find out more about your situation and the issues you are dealing with.

Step 4
Financial Consultancy

Next, we will schedule a free one-on-one consultation session that will help you to comprehensively understand your present situation (from the bank's perspective) as well as provide you with the most feasible alternatives. The most crucial part is to provide you with information on how to build your own credibility.

Step 5
Confirmation of the Agreement

Once you had accepted the proposal by our consultant, we will prepare the fundamental agreement between you and loan-agency.com before starting the loan application procedure.

Step 6
Loan Submission

We would create a list of the documentation needed for the loan, then assist you in completing the documentation as quickly as possible, and then submit to the bank for your loan application.

Step 7
Contract Signing

The bank would approve the loan if there was no further justification after reviewing your bank's documentation and credibility. The applicant has to sign the offer letter within seven (7) days following the approval.

Step 8
Bank Releases Fund

The next stage after signing bank agreements is to wait for the bank to release the loan. Within 3 to 6 months (depending on the sort of loan requested and, more significantly, the type of property that is cavaet), the bank would release the loan to your bank account.

Collection of Consulting Fees

You wouldn't have to pay us anything up front; our consultation fee would only be levied once you were approved for a loan.
